Spendtrakkr ("we", "us", or "our") is a SaaS platform that connects to your advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) via OAuth, retrieves campaign performance data, and uses AI to generate insights. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Your name and email address, collected via Clerk authentication.
  • Ad account data: Campaign names, budgets, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and related metrics — retrieved from Google Ads and Meta Ads via OAuth with your explicit permission.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform (page views, feature usage).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To display your campaign performance data in your dashboard.
  • To generate AI-powered insights and recommendations about your ad spend.
  • To sync your data on a daily basis to keep insights up to date.
  • To provide customer support and communicate service updates.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your ad account data for any purpose other than providing the Spendtrakkr service to you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Spendtrakkr:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Supabase — database hosting (PostgreSQL).
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI model used to generate insights from your ad data.
  • Google Ads API — to retrieve your campaign data with your OAuth consent.
  • Meta Marketing API — to retrieve your campaign data with your OAuth consent.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Revoke OAuth access to your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts at any time.
  • Close your account and have your data removed.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — required for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
